Refund policy -

We do not offer refunds.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so the we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our exchange policy lasts for 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an approved exchange. More details are below. 

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (tags still attached as well) Please email us at for any more questions.  

Exchange of a damaged item will only be allowed for the exact item in the same size. An email requesting an exchange because of damages must be received within 72 hours after the package has been delivered to the customer. After 72 hours no exchange will be allowed. If a duplicated item is not available, the exchange must be for an equal value of the original purchase of the item. If you buy an item and the size does not fit we can exchange that item with you for the right size, but first we have to receive the item you're exchanging, then we will ship out your correct size. We will advise you on how to send the damaged item back to us. Please choose carefully before purchasing a product as "Item not as I expected" "Color not what I expected" “Doesn’t fit how I would like” “Don’t like material” are not acceptable reasons for exchanges.
